This Training provides structured education on nonprofit development and for-profit business fundamentals. Topics include nonprofit governance, board development, compliance basics, budgeting and sustainability, marketing and business planning. This course is for education only. Completion does not guarantee 501c3 approval, funding, loans, or certifications.
Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of completion verifying Training participation. This is not a license or guarantee of any government approval, funding, or result. For any official determinations, refer to the IRS and applicable state agencies.
Classes are offered in seven-week training sessions with a Sunday option from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a Monday evening option from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The program provides structured education in nonprofit and for-profit business development through interactive exercises, selected readings, homework assignments, and self-assessments designed to strengthen practical decision-making skills and business knowledge. Upon completion, participants receive a B.B.L.O.T.T. Certificate of Completion and may be recognized during a certificate presentation ceremony. Completion of the program does not guarantee nonprofit formation, 501c3 tax-exempt approval, funding, financing, or approval by any government or regulatory agency.
Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations. A non-refundable registration fee of 175 dollars is required to reserve a seat. Tuition payments are otherwise non-refundable once classes begin. If a participant needs to cancel before the start date, a written request may be submitted at least 7 days prior to the first class to be considered for a partial refund of tuition paid.
The registration fee remains non-refundable. No refunds are issued after the first class session. Requests should be sent in writing to the contact email listed on our website's contact page. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class.
